Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office operations. Earn up to 1500 weekly!
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage office calendars and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate office events and meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory
Requirements:
- Professional dress code
- Staffing agency experience

- Experience as a Receptionist or Secretary
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a dental office setting is a plus
- Ability to handle phone systems effectively
- Ability to promote on social media.
