**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, business development, and account management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our sales department.
**Responsibilities:**
- Engage in business development activities to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer accounts and track sales progress
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure deals
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with analyzing market data and trends to drive sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
