Summary

Provides Front End support and coordination.

Responsibilities

Front End

• Schedules all Front End staff.
• Perform cashier duties.
• Training and updating of staff.
• Communication within department and inter-departmental.
• Troubleshoot computer, transaction, and Front End systems.
• Provide Front End coverage as needed.

Customer Service

• Take initiative to assist customers.
• Monitor customer service needs, share information with other managers.
• Respond to in-store requests for assistance and answer phone calls.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Support co-workers in addressing customer service needs, issues, or concerns.

Coordination Support

• Assist with Front End functions as assigned including processing dailies, monitoring cash handling, POS support, etc.
• Assist with interdepartmental schedule coordination and staffing.
• Maintain Front End systems and coordinate networks, computer hardware & software components.
• Assist with coordination of areas of responsibilities as assigned (eg. store conditioning).

Qualifications

• Ability to meet responsibilities as described.
• Six months of Front End managment experience.
• One year of experience with customer service.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without excessive supervision.
• Able to provide support and to facilitate effective communication.
• Well organized and attentive to details.
• Able to perform routine work consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
