Supercharged Organics is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Detroit, MI

We are seeking an elite sales specialist with a proven track record in the fertilizer industry to sell an organic, sustainable, and plant-based nutrient source. We recently gained U.S. exclusivity for this material and are offering the unique opportunity to earn uncapped commission on bringing tens of millions of dollars worth of the product to the U.S. market in a short time frame.

Your role will involve strategic sales to fertilizer companies, soil mixers, farmers, growers, leveraging your existing network and prospecting skills to introduce our groundbreaking products and generate sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Utilize your network to establish and grow business relationships.
  • Provide expert knowledge on our products to various stakeholders.
  • Support and service accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in a CRM

Requirements:

  • Experience in the plant nutrition industry with a strong sales background.
  • Established network within the agriculture, farming, or fertilizer sectors.
  • Motivated by targets, with a history of exceeding sales goals.
  • Passion for a healthier and more sustainable food supply.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow for effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
