Head of Client Success

Job Summary:

As the Senior Director of Client Success at Aeropay, you are a top executive responsible for providing top-level leadership and strategic direction to the entire Client Success department. This role involves shaping and executing the overall client success strategy, ensuring the successful onboarding and retention of clients, and contributing to the overall revenue strategy. The Senior Director of Client Success collaborates with other top executives, addresses complex client-related challenges, and plays a critical role in the overall success of the organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Provides top-level leadership and guidance to the entire Client Success department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide top-level leadership and strategic direction to the entire Client Success department.
• Shape and execute the overall client success strategy to achieve business growth objectives.
• Ensure the successful onboarding and retention of clients.
• Collaborate with other top executives to contribute to the overall revenue strategy.
• Drive initiatives that contribute to client satisfaction and business growth.
• Address complex client-related challenges and provide creative solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of client success programs.
• Collaborate with external clients and stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven top executive leadership experience in client success roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with client success management tools and software.

Education and Experience:\

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 15 years of experience in client success or related roles.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
