**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Estimator/Bid Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for concrete and construction projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all aspects of the bid process are managed efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities:**

- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.

- Solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers.

- Analyze subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.

- Prepare and submit bids to clients within specified deadlines.

- Collaborate with project managers to develop strategies for winning new business.

- Track and manage bid activity, including maintaining records of bids submitted and outcomes.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator/Bid Manager in the concrete and construction industry (required).

- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs.

- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings (required).

**Salary and Benefits:**

- Starting minimum weekly pay of $1,150 (based on a 40-hour workweek).
