Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Set up and troubleshoot network connectivity
- Assist with user account management and access control
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and enhancements
- Document IT procedures and configurations

Experience:

- Prior experience in IT support or a related field
- Proficiency in customer service and technical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of mobile devices, Windows operating systems, VPN, GPO, TCP/IP, Linux, SCCM, Jira, ServiceNow
- Familiarity with network protocols and security measures
