Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical specialties and possess a strong skill set in areas such as ER, Intermediate Care, Med/Surgical, Labor and Delivery, Mammography, Dementia care, and Acute pain management. Knowledge of Epic software and proficiency in medical terminology are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care in various settings including Assisted living facilities, Home care, and Diagnostic evaluation centers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the medical team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans.
- Utilize Durable Medical Equipment (DME) effectively to support patient care.

Qualifications:

- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of [number] years of nursing experience in diverse clinical settings.
- Proficiency in ER, Mammography, Dementia care, and Acute pain management.
- Experience with Epic software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
