QuikOffice Pack-N-Ship is Hiring a Retail Sales Associate Near Albuquerque, NM
We are seeking a full-time or part-time customer service associate to join our team! The customer service associate can expect to do the following in a typical day:
- Greet and assist all customers
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Handle and organize incoming and outgoing mail for all mail carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
- Organize mail for mailbox rental holders and handle mail requests
- Prepare and create outgoing shipments for customers in-store and online
- Keep store clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise
- Perform job functions in multiple areas of concentration
- Keep accurate track of inventory and inform manager of any ordering needs
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Familiarity with the mailing industry is a plus!
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
