One Life Insurance is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Henderson, NV

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and providing support to various departments as needed.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as new employee onboarding and maintaining employee records
- Collaborate with other team members to support various administrative needs across departments

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an office administration or administrative assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Experience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
