Coronado Building Company is Hiring an Office Manager Near El Paso, TX

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate directly with the company's principal partners, coordinating emails, conferences, and special events
- Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Manage building project budgets, including expenses and cost control
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries

Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with bookkeeping and payroll processing software (Quickbooks)
- Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and practices
- Familiarity with file management systems and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in engineering or real estate offices is a bonus
-Works well in a high demand environment
