**Overview:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various medical areas including Dementia care, DME, Medical terminology, dialysis, catheterization, Ostomy care, and Primary care.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols

- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior

- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare strategies

**Requirements:**

- Valid RN license in [State]

- Minimum [X] years of nursing experience

- Proficiency in medical terminology and various medical procedures

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
