We're looking for a positive, motivated candidate to join our Sales Team as a full-time Sales Specialist.

We don't just sell.

Selling is important, but that doesn't come without building relationships, educating and adding value, and ensuring our clients are appropriately protected.

  • A successful candidate will earn between $$65,000-$70,000 with base, commission, and bonus
  • Base Salary is $38,000-$42,000

Flexible Scheduling

The primary objective of the Sales specialist is to sell auto, home, and life insurance within our marketing area. Here are a few of the core activities for this role.

S A L E S - R E L A T E D

Make proactive outbound calls and receive inbound calls to quote and bind auto, home, and life insurance

Meet and follow up with with new client prospects Listen to client needs and educate about options Present insurance package recommendations

Follow up with clients to complete post-sale process

Build relationships with referral partners (mortgage lenders, real estate agents, small businesses, etc.)

Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written

Cross-sell while assisting current clients

S E R V I C E - R E L A T E D

Rate changes

Claims issues & questions Assist with income phone calls

Help with billing issues and policy transactions Conduct Personal Insurance Reviews
