Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the operations of our recreational cannabis dispensary in Franklin, New Jersey. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the dispensary's smooth operation, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Dispensary Operations:

· Assist the General Manager in daily dispensary operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.

· Help maintain a well-organized and clean dispensary environment.

· Step in to manage operations in the absence of the General Manager.

2. Team Leadership:

· Collaborate with the General Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising dispensary staff.

· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professionalism.

· Provide guidance and support to Dispensary Agents and support staff.

3. Customer Experience:

· Uphold the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

· Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product information, recommendations, and addressing customer inquiries.

· Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Inventory Management

· Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating restocking activities.

· Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure a diverse and high-quality product selection.

5. Financial Management

· Assist in managing budgets, sales forecasts, and financial reports with Senior Management.

· Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability, taking proactive steps to optimize financial performance.

6. Compliance and Regulation:

· Stay current on all state and local cannabis regulations and ensure the dispensary's compliance.

· Assist in implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

· GED or Bachelor’s Degree in business management or a related field (preferred).

· Previous experience in the cannabis industry or a similar retail environment.

· Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.

· Excellent leadership and team-building skills.

· Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

· Familiarity with New Jersey cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
