With plans to establish numerous Bleachers Dispensaries across the state, we are in search of an Inventory Manager who can help spearhead inventory operations at our flagship location and evolve alongside the company's growth.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory management processes at our recreational cannabis dispensary in New Jersey. The Inventory Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, tracking product movement, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Control:

· Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving, tracking, and monitoring cannabis product inventory.

· Implement efficient inventory management systems and procedures.

· Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

2. Vendor Relations:

· Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage product orders, deliveries, and returns.

· Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to maximize profitability and product availability.

· Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable inventory flow.

3. Compliance and Reporting:

· Ensure strict compliance with all state and local regulations related to cannabis inventory.

· Generate and maintain accurate inventory records and reports for regulatory authorities.

· Assist in preparing for regulatory inspections and audits.

4. Inventory Analysis

· Analyze inventory data to identify trends, slow-moving items, and opportunities for optimization.

· Work closely with the management team to make informed decisions regarding product selection, pricing, and promotions.

5. Team Support

· Train and supervise inventory staff to uphold best practices in inventory management.

· Foster a culture of accuracy, efficiency, & compliance within the inventory team.

6. Quality Control:

· Implement quality control measures to ensure the freshness and quality of cannabis products.

· Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items from inventory.

Qualifications:

· GED or Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the cannabis industry or a similar retail environment.

· Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.

· Familiarity with New Jersey cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.

· Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
