Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical knowledge and excellent customer service skills. If you have experience in HVAC, appliance repair, electrical work, or related fields, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

- Perform field service visits for installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with appliances, HVAC systems, and other mechanical devices
- Assemble and disassemble equipment as needed for servicing
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Certification in HVAC or related field is a plus
