Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys and assist in various legal tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in the legal field and a desire to contribute to the success of a dynamic law firm.

Duties:
- File and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
- Conduct document review and analysis
- Maintain case files and ensure all necessary documents are properly filed
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw
- Draft correspondence, memos, and other legal documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and court appearances
- Assist with client communication and maintain professional phone etiquette
- Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses as needed
- Assist with contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as required

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in legal research using resources such as Westlaw
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with document management systems such as iManage
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
