About Georgia Campers

Georgia Campers is an RV dealership in Newnan, Georgia. We provide a solid family-oriented and customer focused environment and investment in our local community.

We are new dealers for Salem, Salem FSX, Outback, Sprinter and Sprinter 5th Wheels. We also carry gently used campers from many major brands. We are already making an impact in our area with sales and service.

We are looking for people with great personality and packed full of energy.

As a team member of Georgia Campers, you would be responsible for actively greeting customers, assessing needs and wants for an RV lifestyle, demonstrating RV features and benefits, and gaining commitment to purchase an RV.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the dealership.
• Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to successfully sell RV’s.
• Use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport when assisting clients with their RV needs and wants.
• Provide your customer needs and wants to sales management and show units to your customer.
• Employ your above average listening skills to assist customers narrowing down their selections.
• Present RV demonstrations and dealership walkthroughs
• Maintain dealership Customer Relationship Management software by:
• Gathering customer information and enter into CRM database.
• Maintain active unsold prospects.
• Follow up through phone, text and e-mail messages.

Qualifications

• Great attitude and ability to build rapport
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
• High school diploma or GED
• Exemplary interpersonal, time management, negotiation and communication skills
• Bilingual is a plus
• Shift is Tuesday - Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM. Sundays and Mondays off.
• Base salary per unit commission

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
