Qualifications

  • Maintain medical records
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks without direct supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to filter communication between our clients, doctors, and medical team

Preferred

  • One-year recent experience in a veterinary practice, with increasing responsibilities.
  • One- year recent experience in a customer service position, with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Multi-task, respond quickly and calmly to emergencies, helping others through necessary tasks.
  • Take detailed communication notes of every interaction.
  • Knowledge of the hospital’s programs, products, and services.
  • Look towards future dates and actively seek overdue patients to book in open time slots.
  • Communicate with clients regarding the medical status of their dogs. Demonstrate courtesy, compassion, and professionalism in all client interactions.

We are at a very exciting point in the growth of Good Dog Veterinary Care! In the past 5 years, Dr. Patrick Singletary and Natalie Singletary have grown the company from a 1 DVM to a 10 DVM practice. We opened Good Dog Veterinary Care West Cobb in 2019. Then, we opened our second location in Smyrna in June 2023. Our third location in East Cobb will be opening later this year. To support our plans for growth and expansion, we are actively recruiting talented candidates for all positions including Veterinarians, Registered Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, Customer Service Representatives, and Kennel Assistants.
