Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR functions and collaborating with various departments to ensure the success of our organization.
Duties:
- Collaborate with management to understand business goals and anticipate HR-related needs
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR matters
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Conduct recruitment efforts for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to support organizational growth
- Lead employee orientation programs to foster a positive onboarding experience
- Utilize HR systems such as Workday, ADP, and Dayforce for data management and reporting
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the HR department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on benefits administration, recruiting, and employee relations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques and experience in resolving employee issues
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Dayforce
- Ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices in HR functions
