Job Title: Technology Guide
Report To: Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager/Sales & Experience Manager/ VP, Chief Operations Officer/President-CEO
Classification Code: Non-Exempt
General Purpose
Greets credit union members and visitors and directs them to the appropriate employees. Answers basic questions about credit union products and services. Provides input to management in the overall operation of the branch as it relates to members, and to coordinates the flow of traffic in branch lobby.

Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma or the equivalent and a commensurate level of language, math and reasoning skills. Excellent communication skills are necessary. Experience operating a telephone console is strongly preferred. Training in or experience using a personal computer is desirable. At least one year of related experience is required. Formal training should be supplemented with continuing education.
Supervisory Responsibilities
None.
Work Environment/Physical Activities
This position requires limited physical effort. Employee must be able to stand and walk for extended lengths of time as well as reach, stoop, or kneel, or to lift and move at least 25 pounds. The ability to read small print and color vision may also be required. The job calls for a high degree of mental concentration to interpret and act upon a wide range of situations. The
job requires a high degree of attention to details. Because of varying branch operating hours, a flexible schedule is required.
Job requires access to credit union’s network and core data processing system. Core system roles are assigned by Chief Operations Officer.
