Full Job Description:

Growing construction company is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to add to their team.

Duties Include:

Manage and assist the Project Managers with all assigned Projects to profitable conclusions for the company that meet or exceed the original estimated profit margins while at the same time exceeding the customer’s expectations by providing on-time high quality construction services.

Project Setup:

Assist the Negotiation of Subcontracts

Assist and Maintain Project Budget and Buyout Job

Manage RFI’s and Submittals

Manage Subcontractor Billing Invites

Manage Project to a Safe, Quality and Profitable Conclusion

Manage Change Orders

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of assistant project management experience in the Commercial Construction Industry

Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore

Able to read and understand blueprints

Ability to understand financial reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
