DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and interact with guests.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs and make recommendations.
• Set the tables, ensuring the good overall presentation of the restaurant.
• Place new table cloths, plates, cutlery and glasses.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs and counters.
• Fill and refill water glasses and beverages.
• Assist waiters in taking and relaying orders to the kitchen.
• Responsible for serving food and drinks to customers.
• Assist in setting and maintaining the company standards for the restaurant service and food quality.
• Apply all food and beverage safety and quality regulations.
