Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in custodial services, hotel or hospitality industry, and possess strong leadership skills in housekeeping management.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the housekeeping staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas within the facility
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to meet quality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
