Next Level Media Marketing is seeking qualified contractors or small business owners to provide Sterilizer and Washer/Disinfector Maintenance services. This contract is designed to support the 20th Medical Group at Shaw Air Force Base. Selected businesses must have the necessary insurance and past performance reviews for consideration.

Scope of Work:

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the maintenance and repair of two steam sterilizers and one washer/disinfector, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The specific tasks include:

Maintenance and Repair Tasks:

Sterilizer and Washer/Disinfector Maintenance:

• Maintenance and Minor Repair of Sterilizer Units:
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of two Steris Century V-120 sterilizers (serial numbers 013480523 and 031680902) and one Steris Amsco 5052 washer/disinfector (serial number 3629322020) located in the Dental Instrument Processing Center (DIPC).
• Schedule preventative maintenance checks once a quarter and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Coordinate all work with the Medical Maintenance Office, including sign in/sign out procedures.
• Furnish all parts, materials, tools, equipment, manpower, and consumables to complete the work.
• Provide a fixed price for the preventive maintenance needs over the base year and four option years.
• Ensure that repair parts are new and unused and have them available when needed.
• Provide written instructions for the correct operation of each unit type when requested.
• Ensure satisfactory electrical safety and operation of the units, excluding damage due to excessive voltage, electrical surges, blown fuses, circuit breaker disconnects, or operator error.
• Obtain approval from the Medical Maintenance Office for repair estimates exceeding 50% of the total cost of the sterilizers or washer/disinfector before starting any work.

• Option 5 (6-Month Option to Extend): 15 July 2029 – 14 January 2030

Qualifications
- Experience in maintaining sterilizers and washer/disinfectors
- Knowledge of sterilization protocols and best practices
- Familiarity with equipment troubleshooting and repair
- Certification in sterilization or biomedical equipment maintenance is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $21.39 - $25.76 per hour
