General Information:
1.0 Scope of Work: USDA ARS CCRU in Madison, WI requires a Base plus 4 Service Contract for on-site cleaning services. The contractor will supply personnel and manage their activities within the facility.
2.0 Background: The facility spans approximately 35,000 sq. ft with multiple laboratories, offices, and three restrooms located at:

Contractor Requirements:
3.0 Technical Requirements/Tasks: The contractor must provide trained personnel capable of performing various tasks including trash removal, restroom cleaning, surface mopping, vacuuming, glass cleaning, and restocking supplies.
4.0 Government Furnished Equipment: Floor scrubber.
5.0 Deliverables Scheduled: All deliverables must arrive at the CCRU loading dock during normal operating hours (Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm).
6.0 Security Requirements: Personnel must notify the building administrator or manager upon arrival and departure, especially if working at night.
7.0 Place of Performance: Contractor tasks will be conducted within the facility except for deliveries and equipment loading/unloading.
8.0 Period of Performance: The contract period is estimated and will adjust based on the date of award.
