You will be the go-to person for all employee-related inquiries and HR functions for our four locations. Duties/Responsibilities:Provides day-day oversight of various Human Resources functions critical to the organization, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, employee engagement, payroll, and employee records.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, regulatory changes.Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.Manage the recruitment process including managing requisitions, scheduling, and interviewing candidates.Conduct new employee onboarding (including benefit enrollments) to ensure a positive new hire experience.Manage the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely dataManage the annual employee engagement survey and associated actions thereafter.Coordinate leave management administration; including FMLA, ADA, and Worker’s CompensationSome occasional travel may be required.Perform other related duties as needed. Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills with superb attention to detail.Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum three to five years of human resource management experience preferred.Experience with Ceridian/DayForce is a plus. Compensation:A meaningful compensation package will be developed that includes:Competitive annual salary.Paid time off.Paid holidays.Company sponsored health, dental, vision, life, and disability products.401k program with company match.
