Trophy Limousine is Hiring a Dispatcher Near Philadelphia, PA

Dear Candidates:

Trophy Limousine Service is looking for qualified candidates to join our team. Full time position available!

Our office is conveniently located a few miles away from the Philadelphia airport. If you are interested in this position and you excel in dispatch & customer service, we want to hear from you!

Schedule Offered:

4 Day Work Week

Friday - Monday 1:30PM - 11:30PM

Responsibilities Include:

  • Driver/Vehicle scheduling
  • Communicating with drivers
  • Assisting with customer requests via phone and email
  • Coordinating with co-workers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years dispatch experience in the Limousine Industry
  • Excellent geographical knowledge of Philadelphia and surrounding areas
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Familiarity with MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent phone presence
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast pace team environment
