Trophy Limousine is Hiring a Dispatcher Near Philadelphia, PA
Dear Candidates:
Trophy Limousine Service is looking for qualified candidates to join our team. Full time position available!
Our office is conveniently located a few miles away from the Philadelphia airport. If you are interested in this position and you excel in dispatch & customer service, we want to hear from you!
Schedule Offered:
4 Day Work Week
Friday - Monday 1:30PM - 11:30PM
Responsibilities Include:
- Driver/Vehicle scheduling
- Communicating with drivers
- Assisting with customer requests via phone and email
- Coordinating with co-workers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years dispatch experience in the Limousine Industry
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Philadelphia and surrounding areas
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Familiarity with MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent phone presence
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work well in a fast pace team environment
