Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Assist in training and supervising staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitor sales activities, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives
- Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks
- Help create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Assist in budgeting and financial management activities

Experience:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role preferred
- Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with financial management
- Familiarity with employee orientation and training processes
- Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management, scheduling, and reporting

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
