PayServ Systems is a leading provider of innovative Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Level 3 Benefits Specialist to join our team to provide high-level support to clients using UKG READY, our cutting-edge HCM system. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or in office.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients using the UKG Ready HCM platform.
• Configure and support benefit plans for clients.
• Lead the year-end ACA process and filing on behalf of clients.
• Manage benefit carrier interfaces to ensure seamless communication.
• Handle level 3 service requests from clients, providing timely and effective solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related in field experience.
• Proven experience in benefits administration, preferably in a senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of benefit plans, ACA regulations, and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast pace work environment.
• Strong knowledge of UKG READY HCM system or similar HR/Payroll systems.
• Effective, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
• Willingness to travel to PayServ offices and client sites as needed.
