PayServ Systems is a leading provider of innovative Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Client Trainer to join our team to oversee new HCM implementations using UKG READY, our cutting-edge HCM system. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional visits to a PayServ office.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of UKG READY HCM system, ensuring successful project delivery within defined timelines and budget constraints.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and client representatives, to streamline project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, goals, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress reports, and address project-related issues proactively.
• Client Training:

• Deliver comprehensive training programs to clients on the effective use of the UKG READY HCM system.
• Customize training materials to meet individual client needs, including user manuals, guides, and interactive resources.
• Conduct both on-site and remote training sessions for clients, ensuring a strong understanding of system capabilities and best practices.??
Provide ongoing support to clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and offering guidance on system usage.

• Relationship Management:

• Establish and foster strong relationships with clients throughout the implementation process and beyond, serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure any system configuration or customization meets client requirements and aligns with project objectives.

• Identify opportunities for additional system integrations or enhancements to maximize client satisfaction and system utilization.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in HCM or related technology implementations.
• Strong knowledge of UKG READY HCM system or similar HR/Payroll systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in delivering virtual training programs and utilizing training tools and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
• Willingness to travel to PayServ offices and client sites as needed.
