Position Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual Automotive Sales Representative who is enthusiastic, competitive, and driven to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in all aspects of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing preowned vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers.
• Negotiate prices and terms to close sales and maximize profitability.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, financing options, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
