38th Street Dental is Hiring a Dental Office Receptionist Near Austin, TX

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental software systems such as Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, or Eaglesoft
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Assist with insurance claims processing and verification
- Coordinate with dental hygienists, assistants, and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical administrative support role preferred
- Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, or Eaglesoft is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
