Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to help them design their dream outdoor living spaces, offering expert guidance and creative solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their outdoor living needs and preferences.
• Conduct consultations and site visits to assess client requirements and recommend suitable outdoor living solutions.
• Present and demonstrate products and services to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, addressing their specific project needs.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of terms.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to project implementation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of outdoor living products and construction processes is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
