Pier Drillers, Inc. is Hiring a Construction Office Manager Near Oklahoma, OK
Small construction company seeking Office Manager.
Tasks include:
- Assisting the leadership team
- A/P and A/R
- Setting up and organizing trip permits
- Data entry of ticket information that comes in from the field
- Certified Payroll
- Excel job analysis
- OKIE 811 Locates
- Coordinate and plan office events
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with file management and document organization
- Collections
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Contract review
- and Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
