Assisting Hands of San Carlos is Hiring a Mandarin Speaking Caregiver: Millbrae (full-time or part-time option), Near Burlingame, CA
You are among the very best caregivers in the entire Peninsula - the most compassionate, most capable, and most reliable.
Specific Client Needs:
-speaks Mandarin (not Cantonese)
-Hours: 8am-5pm Daily (Part-time caregivers are still highly encouraged to apply! You may commit to the days/shifts within this schedule that work for you on a consistent basis)
-Support with Activities of Daily Life: transferring, mobility monitoring, bathing (cleaning), meal prep, light housework
-Must have reliable transportation to Millbrae (in person position)

At Assisting Hands, we offers our clients personalized non-medical caregiving services, typically in their homes. Our caregivers provide the elderly, disabled, and others needing assistance the option to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with their daily needs, avoiding falls, preventing medication errors, and addressing Alzheimer/dementia concerns. Our services support the individual’s preferences in order to maintain their dignity and independence.
Assisting Hands® Home Care San Carlos, is looking for compassionate caregivers to join our growing team. Education: High School Diploma/GED required
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 professional years experience working as a caregiver in environments such as in-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab or certified CNA, MA, LVN
- Ability to pass background check
- Licensed driver with insured and reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Current TB or Chest X-ray; Current CPR Certification (both due upon hire)
- Reliable transportation
Primary Duties:
- Provides companionship
- Assistance with daily activities including dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparations
- Medication reminders, running errands, laundry and light housekeeping
- Personal care and hygiene including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services
- Provides transportation for clients to doctor's appointments, beauty shops, etc.
Hours: 8am-5pm Daily (Part-time caregivers are still highly encouraged to apply! You may commit to the days/shifts within this schedule that work for you on a consistent basis)
Work Location: In person at client home, Millbrae

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 63 per week
