A global manufacturing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented associate planner to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a product planning team to develop and execute product planning including new products.
- Develop detailed understanding of company product lines, technical/application capabilities, and marketplace.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Analyze sales data and generate reports.
- Cross functional communication with other teams including marketing and sales team.
- Evaluate feasibility of new product opportunities, including technical requirements, market potential, and pricing.
- Present documented findings to leadership team.
- Stay updated on industry trends by conducting market research and best practices in production planning.
- Attending tradeshows as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business related major or any related major.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Microsoft Office (Work, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Japanese bilingual fluency (Nice to Have)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
