We're a small Multi-Family Apartment Community , looking for a maintenance tech to join our family. We pride ourselves in always having a "Can Do," attitude and working together as a team. Requirements:
-Must have reliable means of transportation
-Must own basic tools to use on the job. All technical tools will be provided.
-Must be available to work a rotating On-Call schedule.
-Basic plumbing knowledge required.
-Some electrical experience preferred
-HVAC certification is a plus but not required
-Must be a team player
-Must have a "Can Do" attitude.
