Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server/Lead Server/Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced dining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to their needs throughout their dining experience
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders

Skills:
- Proficiency in TOAST POS systems for order processing
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Strong interviewing skills to assess customer preferences
- Bartending skills for preparing and serving beverages
- Familiarity with kitchen management practices
