Duties and Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned; however, the core duties of this position are as follows:

• Residential & Commercial Services

o Cleaning of interior & exterior windows, screens, and windows sills.

o Power washing

o Gutter cleaning (Use of leaf blower)

o Work at ground level as well as use ladders to reach upper floor windows.

o Use typical extension poles or water-fed extension pole and water purification system.

o Use backpack sprayers

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment characteristics vary from day to day and include outside work and/or indoors work. Weather conditions will play a part in the scheduling of work and in the staging of the job. Jobs may be cancelled due to weather that makes for unsafe work conditions. Start time is 7:30am and end time can be anywhere from 3:30pm to 5pm, depending on the workload of the day. Typical day is 7:30 am – 4 pm.

Bright Sight Window Cleaning, LLC has been servicing residential and commercial clients from Green Bay to Fond du Lac and all areas between since 2001. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
