Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial services, hotel or hospitality industry, and commercial cleaning. As a Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. Weekends are required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and guidelines
- Train, supervise, and manage housekeeping staff
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules and assignments
- Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure quality standards are met
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally
- Monitor and adhere to budgetary guidelines

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Experience with laundry operations is a plus
