A crematory customer care specialist is an incredibly important job. Experience working as a registered veterinary technician or veterinary assistant is preferred. Duties will include: speaking to grieving pet families about end-of-life arrangements over the phone and when they come to the crematory with their deceased pets. A deep respect for families dealing with loss is demanded. This is a job that will require self-motivation to stay busy and complete other tasks related to collecting paw prints, nose prints and hair samples prior to pets entering the cremator with impeccable accuracy.

Able to collect payments with accuracy
