Job Description :
- The Customer Associate is the first point of contact to address our customer needs and creates solutions in the best interest of our customers and the client.
- This position engages and collaborates with external customers and internal partners to make the client the supplier of choice.
Responsibilities include :
- answering customer calls and emails, order management, and issue resolution.
- The Customer Associate is a team player, adaptable to change, and is an active learner who seeks out and learns market trends and behaviors.
- This role is part of Customer Operations within the Supply Chain Team.
- Provides service to individuals in a face-to-face setting that may include greeting visitors, providing directions, fielding complaints, answering questions, and / or providing information about an organization or service.
- May include some telephone and / or mail (including electronic) interaction.
- May work as part of a team or as an individual.
- May require use of office automation to enable and report on the outcomes.
- This is not applicable to Contact Center positions.
Education : High School Diploma
