Responsibilities:

- Sit with 1-3 prequalified homeowners per day that we schedule and confirm for you
- Conduct energy assessments and consultations with potential clients
- Identify and analyze energy usage patterns and recommend energy-efficient solutions
- Educate customers on the benefits of energy conservation and renewable energy options
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized energy solutions for clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in energy technology

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in software applications, including Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team and drive results
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and agreements
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of the energy market, including energy sales and solar sales, is a plus
