Job Description: The Role As a Vice President Direct Indexing, you will be the primary specialist supporting Fidelity Institutional Relationship Managers and Regional Directors in the distribution of Fidelity’s Direct Indexing solutions to clients. Ideal candidates will have experience with breaking down sophisticated product features into clear and concise stories to communicate to clients. This position requires the ability to collaborate across various cross functional areas including product, marketing, and distribution leads. In this role you will act as a liaison between Fidelity clients and our product team, collecting client feedback and ideas to influence Fidelity’s product roadmap. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Demonstrates strong investment competence and communication skills Able to interact well with both external clients (advisors, shareholders, due diligence analysts, etc.) as well as internal clients (investment management, distribution, product management and senior management constituents, etc.) Serve as a voice of the client for ongoing product development and execution Bachelor's degree required. MBA, CFA or equivalent graduate degree a plus. Series 7 & 63 licenses required (pass within 90 days) 10 years of financial services experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills You build and maintain relationships as you work collaboratively across Fidelity to deliver business outcomes and seek out the expertise of colleagues to advise on your approach Ability to multitask, prioritize, problem solve and make decisions You possess strong business/technical knowledge of products offered in the wealth management and asset management space Experience with tax managed equities or separately managed accounts The Team We are dedicated to the intermediary and institutional marketplace, Broker Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors, and financial advisors.
