Job Requirements
- *2 years of full service restaurant management experience preferred
- * Outgoing Energetic Personality
- * Guest focused service mentality
- * Basic computer skills including word and excel
- * Strong knowledge of LBW products and cost controls
- * Ability to guide and motivate staff through a variety of situations
- * Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- * Must be able to work an average of 55 hours per week
- * Must be able to stand and walk for period of length from 8-10 hours throughout a shift
