Position: Customer Service and Sales Representative (Entry Level)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person interactions with customers to provide outstanding service and address inquiries.
  • Establish genuine connections with customers to understand their needs and provide them with an opportunity to make a difference.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets through face-to-face interactions.
  • Participate in on-site training sessions to develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills through hands-on, face-to-face interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
