THE BASICS

Pay :

We provide our hosting positions with a competitive pay rate of $15 - $17 per hour .

Schedule :

Our winery is open 6 days a week, 11:30 am - 9:00 pm, serving lunch(10:30 am- 5 pm) and dinner (5 - 9 pm) . We are closed on Mondays and have weekend, day, and evening shifts available.

Benefits :

Our excellent full-time (30 hours per week) benefits include health insurance, a 401(k), workers' compensation, PTO, and FMLA.

YOUR DAY AS A HOST - GREETER

Join our team as a Host - Greeter for a dynamic day in hospitality. You begin your shift with warm welcomes, guiding guests efficiently to tables, and managing phone inquiries and reservations while ensuring optimal seating is pivotal to succeeding in the hosting position. You provide exceptional service by offering menu recommendations and promoting wine club memberships. Your winery knowledge stays current through wine tastings and training. Maintaining a tidy host stand and coordinating seamlessly with the team, ensures a smooth dining experience. Join us and be part of our commitment to excellence!

REQUIREMENTS FOR A HOST - GREETER

We need a team player with excellent communication skills, who can interact effectively with diverse individuals. This hosting position should have a friendly and outgoing personality and a genuine desire to care for others.

• 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn basic knowledge of all wines and food pairings
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer situations professionally
• Flexible schedule (including weekends, evenings, and holidays)
• Passionate about wine (preferred)
