WHAT TO EXPECT
Both full- and part-time positions are available, and we offer day, evening, and weekend shifts. We're open 6 days a week from 11:30 am - 9:00 pm and are closed Mondays.
As our full- or part-time Restaurant Server, you provide great customer service and foster a welcoming hospitality environment. This hospitality role involves presenting menus, explaining food items, recommending wines, and delivering positive experiences. When we have specials, you promote them and upsell guests whenever possible. You accurately take orders, document any allergies or dietary restrictions, and collaborate with your team to ensure seamless service. As guests enjoy their food and beverages, you keep an eye on their table and jump in whenever they need you.
Motivated to maintain a pleasant dining environment, you ensure tables are cleaned and properly reset once the guests leave. You comply with sanitary standards and follow proper food handling procedures. Attentive to detail, you process payments, complete side work, and stay up-to-date on our wine offerings.
RESTAURANT SERVER QUALIFICATIONS
Experience as a server in a casual dining establishment or winery would be preferred. You need to have a TIPS certification before starting work.
