**Overview:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in need. **Duties:** - Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration - Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals - Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals - Implement care plans and follow specific protocols for each individual - Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring individuals when necessary **Requirements:** - Experience or knowledge in dementia care, home care, or caregiving is preferred - Ability to handle medical terminology and understand medical systems - Experience in medication administration is a plus - Familiarity with nursing home procedures and protocols is advantageous - Physical ability to lift and assist individuals as needed Joining our team as a Direct Support Professional offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
